The University of Virginia Study
However a study at the University of Virginia did conclude that magnets help increase blood flow and so deliver more Oxygen to damaged tissue.
Researchers found that by only employing a mild magnetic field, magnets could ramp up blood flow — in rates anyway. They are hoping to start human tests soon.
Magnets and Inflammation
A lot of folk say that magnet cures can help with swelling of joints and skin. This being the case, men and women could reduce the time it takes to get over injuries. This is one of the premises of the Virginia studybecause they want to be able to show that this could help athletes and conditions that are prone to swelling.
